Atticus LeBlanc, Stryant Investments, LLC has been trying to work with the county to get the abandoned apartments/condos at Blue Sky redeveloped for several years, first as a neighbor, and when they offered their interest for sale, as a developer.
 
Concurrently with the bid process, he was approached by a neighbor at 2602 East Tupelo to discuss including that property in any redevelopment plan, and they reached an agreement to do so.
 
Since the county voted to accept their proposal on Blue Sky last week, and the last neighborhood discussion about this site was almost 2 years ago, he would like to have another information & ideas meeting regarding the sites and potential rezoning applications this
