DeKalb’s existing trail master plan was created over 20 years ago, and as the County continues to develop and grow, an updated comprehensive master plan is necessary.

Their goal is to develop an implementable trail and greenway master plan built on an inclusive, equitable engagement process and a decision-making framework based on community values, feasibility, and constructability.

The last Open House meeting will be held again next week at:

Open House will provide the same content: The drop-in style format allows participants to attend the Open House at their convenience during the set timeframe (6 p.m. – 8 p.m.). Instead of a formal presentation, participants will be guided through different “stations” which provide project information and opportunities for input through interactive activities.

Participants will be able to provide their perspectives on trail priorities and key challenges, needs, concerns, and ideas for improving DeKalb’s trail and greenway network. We hope to see you there!

Whether you can make it or not please take their Survey so there is plenty of input:
