Thanks to the volunteers that came out Sunday, April 2. We were able to get 8 Azaleas and 2 Gardenias planted with the help of members from Friends of Dearborn Park, Dearborn Area Nature Alliance and Beacon Hill Middle School Junior Beta Club. Parents from Beacon Hill are going to bring more students from the Junior Beta Club to help out Dearborn Area Nature Alliance in their upcoming removal of invasive plants later this Spring.

Friends of Dearborn Park first set of Azaleas were planted over 7 years ago. We’ve added to the beautification of the park today and plan to reach the east side of the Dearborn Park stone signage in the Fall. So please stay tuned. In the meantime, please enjoy our photos from our latest outing.
